Stryker Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Stryke platform (the “Portal”), a lead management and marketing performance platform for home service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information through the Portal.

4. Call Recording Disclosure

All phone calls made to tracking numbers provisioned through the Portal are recorded. A recorded disclosure is played at the beginning of every call stating: “This call may be recorded for quality purposes.”

Call recordings are stored for twelve (12) months from the date of the call, after which they are automatically deleted. Transcripts and AI-generated summaries derived from recordings may be retained for as long as the associated client account remains active.

Stryker Digital account managers, senior account managers, and administrators access client and lead data as necessary to provide marketing services, manage accounts, and support clients. Access is limited based on role and client assignment.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Stryker Digital, our clients, or others.

5.5 SMS Communications and Mobile Information

Clients may opt in to receive SMS text message notifications from Stryker Digital (for example, alerts about new leads and service updates) by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services (such as Twilio) solely as necessary to deliver the messages.

The Portal is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. In the event of a data breach that compromises personal information, we will notify affected clients within twenty-four (24) hours of becoming aware of the breach. 11. Stryker Digital’s Role as Data Processor

With respect to End User data (lead information collected through call recordings and form submissions), Stryker Digital acts as a data processor on behalf of our clients. Our clients are the data controllers who determine the purposes and means of collecting lead information through their businesses.
